FAQ

How is the long-exposure time computed? Corrected time = your metered (base) shutter speed × 2^(ND stops). The result is shown as s, m:ss, or h:mm:ss.

My timer stops when I leave the app. The Free countdown runs while the app is in the foreground. The Pro Live Activity / Lock-Screen countdown is built to keep running while the app is backgrounded and shows the remaining time on your Lock Screen.

The end-of-exposure alarm didn't fire. Make sure notifications are allowed for ND Calc in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that a Focus / Do Not Disturb mode isn't silencing it.

Can I stack ND filters? Yes — filter stacking is a Pro feature. Add several filters and their stops add up automatically.

How do I restore my Pro purchase? Settings (gear icon) → Restore Purchase. It restores on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
